Return policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. We do not offer refunds.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods (including socks), hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged and if its the wrong size (shipping is borne by customer). Items may only be exchanged for the same item. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at admin@genasg.com for further instructions. Do allow us up to 2 working days to respond.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and we will send the replacement item to you, within a certain amount of days. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be returned. Unfortunately non-regular priced items, including, without limitation, sale items, items with discount promo codes applied and pre-order priced items, cannot be returned.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs, both for returning your item and for our sending the replacement item to you. The cost of shipping, unless otherwise indicated by us at our sole discretion, is to be paid via bank transfer to such bank account that we may specify in writing to you. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
